I recently visited Earl's for their happy hour weekend brunch and was definitely not disappointed!! (Bottomless mimosas and a meal for only $40pp) The restaurant itself had a beautiful modern interior, with large windows and ceilings making it feel spacious. The waiters were very kind and the food was reasonably priced! I got the vegetarian avocado benedict which came with a side of potatoes and a side salad (great portions!) The benedict itself was delicious! A slice of toasted sourdough with avocado smash that was lightly seasoned with lemon juice. The poached eggs on top were perfectly done (the video is proof of it!), and the hollandaise was the perfect creamy finishing touch. Only drawback was that the bread was a bit soggy, which was unfortunate since the crunch would've added great textural contrast to the dish. Otherwise, it was delicious (would recommend drizzling cholula on top)! The potatoes were absolutely delicious, and reminiscent of both hash browns and potato wedges- crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Could inhale an entire plate of these! The salad was a nice refreshing touch which helped cut through the richness of the benedict. Would've loved a sweeter dressing to balance the rest of the flavors in the dish. Overall, super happy to have visited during the brunch happy hour! It was definitely worth it and yummy!!

Had a quick lunch at this downtown Bellevue restaurant. Classy, yet relaxed atmosphere and decor. Service was efficient. I had the spicy tuna roll and it was fresh & flavorful. Some of their menu prices are a bit too high, especially for lunch.

I went to Earl's on a Friday night and surprised that they could seat us with a 5 minutes wait time. I really like the interior inside the bar and restaurant, looks modern and clean. We ordered 4 dishes from appetizers and main dish, we liked them all. The crispy calamari was really good and crispy! Our waiter was very nice, friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

A nice spot right in the heart of downtown. It was pretty popping even on a weeknight. The menu was a bit smaller than other restaurants this size, though the options were sufficient for most taste buds. The appetizers were good and the main dishes were fairly sized for the higher end price. Service was spot on and server came back to check in frequently. The bar itself was lively the whole time we dined, and this place can fill up quickly so if you have a larger party, ensure you make a reservation just in case so you don't have an extended wait. Would definitely return in the future.

One of my favourite bars and restaurants to visit! Been here multiple times and the service and ambiance is fantastic! Prompt service and have always had an interactive staff to take our order and they always give the best recommendations. The happy hour after 10pm is such a good offer with pretty decent menu options to choose from. The sticky chocolate toffee pudding with ice cream and creme brûlée are both delicious. Aperol spritz at Earls has been my favourite cocktail around Bellevue and Seattle. The sushi tacos are a must try for a unique experience and taste.

I came here with 7 of my coworkers for a Thursday dinner without a reservation since it was a last-minute plan. We had to wait around 20 minutes, which is completely understandable because we didn't have a reservation and it was a bigger group. The interior of the restaurant is very cute, and I was surprised at how big it felt. The service here is amazing. Our server was Ryan, and he was sooo patient with our big group and gave us recommendations. Literally the best server I've had here! For some reason, they didn't have any steak the day I went, but it wasn't a big deal since nobody in my group was planning on ordering steak. I got the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl, and it was good! They have an Ahi Tuna Poke Salad and an Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl. The salad has a salad base and the bowl has a rice base. It obviously doesn't taste like the poke bowls you would get at a poke restaurant, but this is one of the better poke bowls I've had at restaurants like this. I was pretty full, but it might be smaller portion for those who are looking for a bigger and heavier meal. Overall, it was pretty decent food but the service was so so great! :)
